We celebrated our 50th class reunion at Chenoweth Banquet Hall August 29, 2026. Not only was the hall decorated beautifully with our school colors, the staff was exceptional. Our classmates were overwhelmed with the beautiful venue. Highly recommended and appreciative for making our celebration so memorable.

Booked the very first tee time of the day so we could zip through the round, worst joke ever. They double book tee times so even with an hour on 9, while waiting numerous times for the ground crew to notice people waiting on them - there's a nursing home of people who were sent off the other 9 so you end up waiting 30+ minutes every hole. Through our entire 4 hour round(the 2nd 9 took 3 hours) the ground crew never stopped. Well past 10am they're still mowing and tending to the greens preventing you from playing even after you wait 30 minutes for the group ahead to hit 9 strokes. Absolutely the worst course management I've ever experienced. If given the option to work or play for free at Chenoweth, I'm going to work.

Had not golfed here in a few years and after visiting this past Saturday, won’t be going back again. Course was in bad shape, things were very backed up and after teeing off 15 minutes late, we ended up playing a 5-1/2 hour round. Course does not take water well at all, many fairways and areas “under repair”, chewed up tee boxes, barely any ball washers, cart paths worse than Akron roads in March… Starter told us “it’s just the way it is on Saturdays” for pace of play. Not close to worth the $62 we spent on a round. Greens were in decent shape and the Deviti’s Sub at the turn was about the only thing that was positive.

Not a kid friendly course! This is the only course I have run into where they charge a ride along fee for a child under 12. Booked a tee time for 18 with my 8 year old. I chose this Chenoweth because they were not busy but for a course to charge an outrageous amount for a child to ride along is insane. Firestone 9, Paradise lakes, Fox Den, Mayfair, Chippewa, Rawiga, Raintree, Loyal Oak (all the places we have been to so far the last couple years) love the idea of getting more kids involved with the sport at a young age and encourage it.

I don’t use the amenities or eat there or golf. I control the Canadian goose population there and I’m there everyday. Me and The Goosinator. She’s the border collie named Jess that I work with. I do know that the entire staff thrrr is awesome and they go out of their way to help me and accommodate me. I have use of a golf cart and run of the course. The members there are all just the coolest nicest people I’ve met. Always a friendly greeting and a thankyou for what we’re doing. Everybody loves Jess, she gets pats and rubs the whole time there. That place is one of my favorites
